Elizabeth M. Fay, MSOM, L.Ac., Dipl. Ac. & C.H. earned her degree of Master of Science of Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1995. She has National Board Certification in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology, integrating both of these modalities into her treatments. With over 20 years of experience helping patients improve and maintain their health, her intention is to get to the core of your issues, so you may achieve a more vibrant quality of life.
Her specialized training includes work in: gynecological, menopausal and fertility issues, musculoskeletal injury, pain management, digestive and respiratory issues , oncology, Chinese Herbology.
She has also received a Certificate of Study in Ayurvedic Medicine from Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Ms. Fay began her medical training at Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Early in her career she worked as a Registered Nurse in a variety of settings including the former Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
She is licensed to practice Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. Ms. Fay is also licensed as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (D. O. M) in the State of New Mexico.
Elizabeth offers acupuncture treatments and herbal consultations at convenient office locations in both Cambridge and Newton, MA.
